Great catch here DG. The White House here labels the very threat the White House itself has been hyping, DESPITE the absence of evidence of a serious domestic terrorist, as a trick by the terrorists!
In other words the terrorists are now said to be guilty of trying to lead the American people to believe, against all evidence, what the White House has been saying for years.
This is not just double-speak it is quadruple speak!
